Actually, researchers say that women have sex for this surprising, and frankly, kind of controversial reason...
According to researchers Cindy Meston and David Buss, the authors of the book "Why Women Have Sex," 84 percent of women have sex to "guarantee a quiet life or to persuade their men to do some housework."
Excuse me?
Am I the only one who's a little shocked by this? Do you have sex with your guy so he'll do the laundry?
Other top reasons why women have sex, say the researchers, include a need to alleviate boredom, as a way to thank a guy for spending lots of money on her, or to get a better complexion (huh?).
Seriously?
